Company achieves an 86% satisfaction score, reinforcing its people-centered strategy focused on talent development, leadership excellence, and organizational culture.

New Wave has been certified as a Great Place to Work® (GPTW), one of the world’s leading authorities on workplace culture, after achieving an 86% employee satisfaction score in its organizational climate survey. With a participation rate of 96% of its workforce, the survey provided a highly representative view of employees’ experiences across the company. The certification recognizes organizations that foster high levels of trust and employee satisfaction.

This achievement reflects the collective commitment of New Wave’s leadership, the close relationship between executives and employees, the company’s focus on career development, and its culture of innovation. Key initiatives include Leadership Journey, a management development program designed to equip leaders with the skills to continuously enhance their people management capabilities; Leadership Forum, a series of recurring meetings that promote open and transparent discussions on culture, strategy, and business results; and Inside the Business, an initiative that connects employees with different areas of the company’s corporate strategy.

“Receiving the Great Place to Work certification demonstrates that we are building a company where people have the opportunity to develop, innovate, and grow alongside the business. This recognition reflects the daily commitment of our employees and leaders to strengthening a culture built on trust, collaboration, and purpose,” said Gustavo Emina, CEO of New Wave.

According to the GPTW survey results, employees consider New Wave an excellent place to work, particularly due to its opportunities for professional development and career growth, the quality of its work environment, the accessibility of its leadership, and the pride they feel in being part of the company. The assessment also recorded strong results across the five dimensions evaluated by the Great Place to Work methodology—Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride, and Camaraderie—further reinforcing the strength of New Wave’s organizational culture.
