New Wave signs partnership with Ethos Institute to strengthen ethical practices

Partnership reinforces the progress of projects aligned with the sustainable agenda

Rio de Janeiro, January 2026. In line with its commitment to strengthening ethical and socially responsible practices and advancing the ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) agenda, New Wave has entered into a partnership with the Ethos Institute, a reference organization for supporting companies seeking to improve their corporate management, with a special focus on ethical and governance principles. The initiative arose from the aim of continuously reinforcing the culture of Governance within the group.

As a global company dedicated to developing innovative and sustainable technologies for the mining and metallurgical sector, New Wave is committed to adopting practices that contribute to a more ethical, fair and responsible society.

Created 18 years ago by businessmen and executives from the private sector, the Ethos Institute is a Civil Society Organization of Public Interest (OSCIP) that works to mobilize and sensitize companies to socially responsible management.

With this partnership, New Wave will become an active part of Ethos’ activities and events, strengthening its role in the ESG agenda and promoting actions aimed at ethical conduct, social responsibility, sustainable development and corporate transparency.
